The strategy of this proposal was to communicate the city’s Vision; to be the best city in Canada to raise a child, promote innovation, engage citizens and provide economic opportunities. Primary messaging referenced the city’s Mission Statement, which states Hamilton will provide quality public services that contribute to a healthy, safe and prosperous community, always in a sustainable manner.
